Geoff Roberson’s review in this quarter includes a discussion on a
different paper examining the connection between socio-economic

deprivation and ocular disease; a paper on restoring visual field in
patients with cerebral blindness; and a paper on the genetics of
central corneal thickness. Also covered are a clinical evaluation of the
Macuscope and a paper on the influence of height, weight and body
mass index on optical disc parameters, as well as an interesting
aside on an increasing prevalence of myopia.
