CHRPEs are pigmented fundus lesions which are of optometric and
ophthalmological interest when considering a differential diagnosis of a
number of other conditions. Lyndon Taylor asked Simon Barnard about
congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium (CHRPEs),
including how to assess and monitor them and also their associated risks.
