Optometric Quarterly is available as a podcast.  

When you sign up you'll receive the latest edition of OQ automatically as a podcast as soon as it is published.

Once you've listened to the OQ tracks, you can access the related MCQs and submit your answers via the CET Zone pages of the DOCET website.
