Each year, the DOCET Council agrees a list of topics that it considers priority areas for the provision of CET for optometrists over the following year. Some of these topics will be ongoing from year to year, whilst others may be considered as specific priorities for that year.

The DOCET Council and Executive Committee are currently considering the training priorities for the year 2012/13 and beyond, as part of a wider review of its future strategy for the provision of CET resources.
